Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lifecare Medical Innovation (LCMI), we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency in all transactions. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Wrong Product Shipped: If an incorrect product is delivered, we will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Product Not Delivered: If your order is not delivered within the specified timeline due to our fault, a full refund will be initiated.

Note: No refunds will be provided for products that have been used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging unless found defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your bank account or card.

  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT/IMPS transfer after bank details are shared.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products labeled as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Health or hygiene-sensitive items unless damaged or defective.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
