  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Regions in India: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on product availability, shipping partner schedules, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Partners

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
